Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PTPRU protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 17,150 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PTPRU-associated genes across cancer lineages are CCNA2, FOXM1, and BUB1B. Each is linked with PTPRU in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PTPRU-to-partner and partner-to-PTPRU results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PTPRU versus CCNA2 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of -0.32.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PTPRU→partner) and Y-score (partner→PTPRU) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
