Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PTPRU mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 87 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PTPRU-associated genes across cancer lineages are 4E-BP1, Cyclin-B1, and TFRC. Each is linked with PTPRU in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PTPRU-to-partner and partner-to-PTPRU results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, 4E-BP1 grouped by PTPRU-low versus PTPRU-high in LUAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PTPRU→partner) and Y-score (partner→PTPRU) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
