PTPRU

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, PTPRU mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 272 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PTPRU-associated genes across cancer lineages are CEACAM4, AVP, and LRRC3C. Each is linked with PTPRU in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PTPRU-to-partner and partner-to-PTPRU results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CEACAM4 grouped by PTPRU-low versus PTPRU-high in PANCREAS.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PTPRU→partner) and Y-score (partner→PTPRU) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
