Across TCGA patient cohorts, PTPRS protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 32,144 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PTPRS-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PALM, HSPA12B, and NRDC. Each is linked with PTPRS in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PTPRS-to-partner and partner-to-PTPRS results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PTPRS versus PALM in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.75.
