PTPRQ

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PTPRQ mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,961 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PTPRQ-associated genes across cancer lineages are ELF3, CSPG5, and ASB10. Each is linked with PTPRQ in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PTPRQ-to-partner and partner-to-PTPRQ results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ELF3 grouped by PTPRQ-low versus PTPRQ-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PTPRQ→partner) and Y-score (partner→PTPRQ) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
