Across TCGA patient cohorts, PTPRH mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,850 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PTPRH-associated genes across cancer lineages are PSMB6, C17orf98, and MIR6783. Each is linked with PTPRH in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PTPRH-to-partner and partner-to-PTPRH results are reported.
