PTPRB

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, PTPRB RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,774 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PTPRB-associated genes across cancer lineages are PTPRR, LOX, and IL7R. Each is linked with PTPRB in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PTPRB-to-partner and partner-to-PTPRB results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PTPRB versus PTPRR in SOFT_TISSUE, with a Pearson correlation of 0.78.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PTPRB→partner) and Y-score (partner→PTPRB) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
