Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, PTPN23 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 925 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PTPN23-associated genes across cancer lineages are UCMA, LRIT1, and LRIT2. Each is linked with PTPN23 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PTPN23-to-partner and partner-to-PTPN23 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, UCMA grouped by PTPN23-low versus PTPN23-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PTPN23→partner) and Y-score (partner→PTPN23) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
