PTPN20CP

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PTPN20CP RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,612 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PTPN20CP-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Protein sumoylation, Non-motile cilium assembly, and Circadian rhythm. Each is linked with PTPN20CP in more than 22 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PTPN20CP-to-partner and partner-to-PTPN20CP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Protein sumoylation grouped by PTPN20CP-low versus PTPN20CP-high in STAD.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PTPN20CP→partner) and Y-score (partner→PTPN20CP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
