PTPN20CP

Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, PTPN20CP RNA is linked to patient survival in 17 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated PTPN20CP data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in rectum adenocarcinoma (READ), where higher PTPN20CP RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated PTPN20CP expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as PCPG and UVM show a favorable association.

READ, CHOL, and MESO are the cancer types where PTPN20CP RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
