PTPN18

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, PTPN18 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 21 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PTPN18-associated genes across cancer lineages are ATP1B4, OR4F6, and C14orf180. Each is linked with PTPN18 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PTPN18-to-partner and partner-to-PTPN18 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ATP1B4 grouped by PTPN18-low versus PTPN18-high in BLOOD_Lymphoma.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PTPN18→partner) and Y-score (partner→PTPN18) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
