PTPN14

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PTPN14 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,422 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PTPN14-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PTPN14_S314, PTPN14_S594, and PTPN14_S578. Each is linked with PTPN14 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PTPN14-to-partner and partner-to-PTPN14 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PTPN14 versus PTPN14_S314 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PTPN14→partner) and Y-score (partner→PTPN14) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
