Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PTPN14 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,761 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PTPN14-associated genes across cancer lineages are BICC1, RBMS1, and WWTR1. Each is linked with PTPN14 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PTPN14-to-partner and partner-to-PTPN14 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PTPN14 versus BICC1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.37.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PTPN14→partner) and Y-score (partner→PTPN14) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
