Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PTPN14 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 79 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PTPN14-associated genes across cancer lineages are 4E-BP1, GAPDH, and eIF4E. Each is linked with PTPN14 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PTPN14-to-partner and partner-to-PTPN14 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, 4E-BP1 grouped by PTPN14-low versus PTPN14-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PTPN14→partner) and Y-score (partner→PTPN14) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
