Across TCGA cell cohorts, PTPN14 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,467 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PTPN14-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of hippo signaling, Regulation of cell-matrix adhesion, and Positive regulation of focal adhesion assembly. Each is linked with PTPN14 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PTPN14-to-partner and partner-to-PTPN14 results are reported.
