Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, PTPN14 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 689 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PTPN14-associated genes across cancer lineages are PROP1, ZNF648, and IFT27. Each is linked with PTPN14 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PTPN14-to-partner and partner-to-PTPN14 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PROP1 grouped by PTPN14-low versus PTPN14-high in BLOOD_Lymphoma.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PTPN14→partner) and Y-score (partner→PTPN14) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
