PTN

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PTN mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,046 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PTN-associated genes across cancer lineages are AHRR, BRK1, and HNRNPL. Each is linked with PTN in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PTN-to-partner and partner-to-PTN results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, AHRR grouped by PTN-low versus PTN-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PTN→partner) and Y-score (partner→PTN) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
