Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PTMA RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,366 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PTMA-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CDK1, MCM2, and MCM4. Each is linked with PTMA in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PTMA-to-partner and partner-to-PTMA results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PTMA→partner) and Y-score (partner→PTMA) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
