PTH2R

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PTH2R RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,629 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PTH2R-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MARCKS_S145, PLIN3, and SRRM2_S1818. Each is linked with PTH2R in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PTH2R-to-partner and partner-to-PTH2R results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PTH2R versus MARCKS_S145 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.37.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PTH2R→partner) and Y-score (partner→PTH2R) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
