PTH2R

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PTH2R mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,175 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PTH2R-associated genes across cancer lineages are POC1A, TUBA1C, and ORC2. Each is linked with PTH2R in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PTH2R-to-partner and partner-to-PTH2R results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, POC1A grouped by PTH2R-low versus PTH2R-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PTH2R→partner) and Y-score (partner→PTH2R) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
