Across TCGA patient cohorts, PTH2R mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 33 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PTH2R-associated genes across cancer lineages are p62 Lck ligand, Notch1, and PDCD4. Each is linked with PTH2R in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PTH2R-to-partner and partner-to-PTH2R results are reported.
