PTH2R

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, PTH2R mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 22 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PTH2R-associated genes across cancer lineages are DNAJC5B, GCSAML, and PDILT. Each is linked with PTH2R in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PTH2R-to-partner and partner-to-PTH2R results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, DNAJC5B grouped by PTH2R-low versus PTH2R-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PTH2R→partner) and Y-score (partner→PTH2R) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
