Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PTH1R mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,445 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PTH1R-associated genes across cancer lineages are PRMT1, MVD, and COQ2. Each is linked with PTH1R in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PTH1R-to-partner and partner-to-PTH1R results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PRMT1 grouped by PTH1R-low versus PTH1R-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PTH1R→partner) and Y-score (partner→PTH1R) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
