Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PTGS2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,315 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PTGS2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPS6P3, OR5B21, and CYCSP20. Each is linked with PTGS2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PTGS2-to-partner and partner-to-PTGS2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RPS6P3 grouped by PTGS2-low versus PTGS2-high in COAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PTGS2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PTGS2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
