Across TCGA patient cohorts, PTGES3L-AARSD1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,031 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PTGES3L-AARSD1-associated genes across cancer lineages are SNRPCP18, OR8V1P, and RNU6-1305P. Each is linked with PTGES3L-AARSD1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PTGES3L-AARSD1-to-partner and partner-to-PTGES3L-AARSD1 results are reported.
