Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, PTGES3L-AARSD1 RNA is linked to patient survival in 24 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated PTGES3L-AARSD1 data layer compared with 2 for mutation status and 1 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in uveal melanoma (UVM), where higher PTGES3L-AARSD1 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated PTGES3L-AARSD1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as ESCA and LUSC show a favorable association.
UVM, SCLC, and THCA are the cancer types where PTGES3L-AARSD1 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
