PTGER4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PTGER4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 21,155 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PTGER4-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ARHGAP30, DOCK10, and DOCK8. Each is linked with PTGER4 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PTGER4-to-partner and partner-to-PTGER4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PTGER4 versus ARHGAP30 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.80.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PTGER4→partner) and Y-score (partner→PTGER4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
