Across TCGA patient cohorts, PTGER4 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 265 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PTGER4-associated genes across cancer lineages are LGMN, RUBCNL, and USB1. Each is linked with PTGER4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PTGER4-to-partner and partner-to-PTGER4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PTGER4 versus LGMN in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.64.
