Across TCGA patient cohorts, PTGER4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,642 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PTGER4-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP412, LINC02559, and GPC6-AS1. Each is linked with PTGER4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PTGER4-to-partner and partner-to-PTGER4 results are reported.
