Across TCGA patient cohorts, PTGER4 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 45 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PTGER4-associated genes across cancer lineages are 14-3-3_beta, EGFR_pY1068, and eIF4E. Each is linked with PTGER4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PTGER4-to-partner and partner-to-PTGER4 results are reported.
