Across TCGA cell cohorts, PTGER4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6 significant associations in total. OVARY shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PTGER4-associated genes across cancer lineages are BMP15, CDRT15L2, and VCY1B. Each is linked with PTGER4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PTGER4-to-partner and partner-to-PTGER4 results are reported.
