PTGER3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PTGER3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 19,489 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PTGER3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SGCD, TLN2, and SYNC. Each is linked with PTGER3 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PTGER3-to-partner and partner-to-PTGER3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PTGER3 versus SGCD in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.35.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PTGER3→partner) and Y-score (partner→PTGER3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
