PTGDS

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PTGDS RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 23,940 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PTGDS-associated proteins across cancer lineages are GNG2, PIP4K2A, and RBM4_S86. Each is linked with PTGDS in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PTGDS-to-partner and partner-to-PTGDS results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PTGDS versus GNG2 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.42.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PTGDS→partner) and Y-score (partner→PTGDS) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
