PTGDS

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PTGDS mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 940 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PTGDS-associated genes across cancer lineages are PIGPP3, LINC02590, and OR51H1. Each is linked with PTGDS in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PTGDS-to-partner and partner-to-PTGDS results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PIGPP3 grouped by PTGDS-low versus PTGDS-high in HNSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PTGDS→partner) and Y-score (partner→PTGDS) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
