PTGDR

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PTGDR RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 18,077 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PTGDR-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ARHGAP25, ARHGAP45, and PICALM. Each is linked with PTGDR in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PTGDR-to-partner and partner-to-PTGDR results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PTGDR versus ARHGAP25 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.71.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PTGDR→partner) and Y-score (partner→PTGDR) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
