The most reproducible PTGDR-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU1-17P, RNU6-1156P, and RN7SKP177. Each is linked with PTGDR in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PTGDR-to-partner and partner-to-PTGDR results are reported.
