Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PTEN RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,581 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PTEN-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PHLDB1, TOP1, and VCL. Each is linked with PTEN in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PTEN-to-partner and partner-to-PTEN results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PTEN versus PHLDB1 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.29.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PTEN→partner) and Y-score (partner→PTEN) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
