Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PTEN mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,736 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PTEN-associated genes across cancer lineages are C4orf3, FAM162A, and TXNDC17. Each is linked with PTEN in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PTEN-to-partner and partner-to-PTEN results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, C4orf3 grouped by PTEN-low versus PTEN-high in SKCM.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PTEN→partner) and Y-score (partner→PTEN) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
