PTCHD1-AS

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PTCHD1-AS RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,121 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PTCHD1-AS-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Response to UV, Regulation of ubiquitin-dependent protein catabolic process, and Peptidyl-lysine modification. Each is linked with PTCHD1-AS in more than 21 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PTCHD1-AS-to-partner and partner-to-PTCHD1-AS results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Response to UV grouped by PTCHD1-AS-low versus PTCHD1-AS-high in STAD.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PTCHD1-AS→partner) and Y-score (partner→PTCHD1-AS) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
