Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PTCD3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,329 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PTCD3-associated genes across cancer lineages are RN7SL248P, RN7SKP221, and USP9YP10. Each is linked with PTCD3 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PTCD3-to-partner and partner-to-PTCD3 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RN7SL248P grouped by PTCD3-low versus PTCD3-high in CESC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PTCD3→partner) and Y-score (partner→PTCD3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
