PTAFR

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PTAFR mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 17 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PTAFR-associated genes across cancer lineages are Annexin-1, EGFR_pY1068, and A-Raf_pS299. Each is linked with PTAFR in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PTAFR-to-partner and partner-to-PTAFR results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Annexin-1 grouped by PTAFR-low versus PTAFR-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PTAFR→partner) and Y-score (partner→PTAFR) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
