PTAFR

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, PTAFR mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PTAFR-associated genes across cancer lineages are ADAM7, HMHB1, and TPPP2. Each is linked with PTAFR in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PTAFR-to-partner and partner-to-PTAFR results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ADAM7 grouped by PTAFR-low versus PTAFR-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PTAFR→partner) and Y-score (partner→PTAFR) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
