Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PSTK protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 258 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PSTK-associated genes across cancer lineages are TTLL1, ZC3H7B, and AMH. Each is linked with PSTK in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PSTK-to-partner and partner-to-PSTK results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PSTK versus TTLL1 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.94.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PSTK→partner) and Y-score (partner→PSTK) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
