Across TCGA patient cohorts, PSTK mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 724 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PSTK-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR98, LGALS16, and HIKESHI. Each is linked with PSTK in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PSTK-to-partner and partner-to-PSTK results are reported.
