Across TCGA cell cohorts, PSPN mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PSPN-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR4E2. Each is linked with PSPN in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PSPN-to-partner and partner-to-PSPN results are reported.
