PSMG3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PSMG3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,030 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PSMG3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are BZW2, FOXK1, and MCM4. Each is linked with PSMG3 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PSMG3-to-partner and partner-to-PSMG3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PSMG3 versus BZW2 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.38.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PSMG3→partner) and Y-score (partner→PSMG3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
