Across TCGA cell cohorts, PSMG2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,665 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PSMG2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of macrophage colony-stimulating factor signaling pathway, Regulation of mitochondrial transcription, and Spindle assembly involved in female meiosis. Each is linked with PSMG2 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PSMG2-to-partner and partner-to-PSMG2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Negative regulation of macrophage colony-stimulating factor signaling pathway grouped by PSMG2-low versus PSMG2-high in LUNG_SCLC.
