PSMD8

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PSMD8 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,913 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PSMD8-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PAK4, SAMD4B, and SIPA1L3. Each is linked with PSMD8 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PSMD8-to-partner and partner-to-PSMD8 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PSMD8 versus PAK4 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.83.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PSMD8→partner) and Y-score (partner→PSMD8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
