PSMD8

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PSMD8 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14,668 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PSMD8-associated genes across cancer lineages are HNMT, PPM1G, and CPED1. Each is linked with PSMD8 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PSMD8-to-partner and partner-to-PSMD8 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PSMD8 versus HNMT in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.24.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PSMD8→partner) and Y-score (partner→PSMD8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
