PSMD7

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PSMD7 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,493 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PSMD7-associated proteins across cancer lineages are DHX38, KARS1, and WWP2. Each is linked with PSMD7 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PSMD7-to-partner and partner-to-PSMD7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PSMD7 versus DHX38 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.24.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PSMD7→partner) and Y-score (partner→PSMD7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
